On Friday, our baby turned THREE YEARS OLD! My youngest child, the baby of our family, is now, no longer a "baby"; she's not even considered a "toddler"; she is now officially in the age group of "preschool". I have to mourn a little. (moment of sighing and tearing)
Adelyn Lively Skow is a wonder. Her middle name could not be more appropriate. She is FULL of LIFE. She makes my job, as a mother, so challenging.....but I would not want it any other way. She brings so much LOVE, so much JOY, so much LAUGHTER, so much ADVENTURE to my life. I love that our first two children were answers to prayers, part of our plans. And then our third baby, was just a gift that God chose to give us, the best kind of surprise. And she continues to surprise almost every day....
Happy, Happy, Happy Third Birthday, my sweet, sweet baby girl! I love you more than words could ever express. You are my beautiful little firecracker!!

Celebrating with Donuts!
Thank God for our great Presidents! It was so good to have an extra day, with everyone at home together. As a way to celebrate the day, we decided to try and make homemade donuts together....from scratch! Surprisingly, we enjoyed great success! The donuts were D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! We were very proud of ourselves, so we took lots of pictures!
I LOVE MY FAMILY!!! We have the best time together...and we can make some pretty killer donuts!! :)

Brushing her teeth
This is my sweet, wild, wonderful, crazy baby! When I saw her brushing her teeth, in this outfit she put together, I couldn't help but take some pictures! She is such a mess....I love her to pieces! Her personality shines like the sun. Adelyn Lively, you make me crazy, but I am so, so crazy about you.

My Hero
I love my husband. He is so awesome. Dawson is truly my partner, in every sense of our lives...in parenting, in cooking, in cleaning, in managing our crazy lives...he is my partner. When I am crazy, he is calm. When I am sad, he is comforting. When I am joyful, he celebrates with me. He works hard to provide for us; he is an incredible listener; he finds joy in serving God's people; he is very patient and gracious with everyone; he is funny (even though I still think I'm funnier :); and he is the most loving, caring, involved father you will ever meet. I am so, so very grateful that God gave him to me. I can not imagine my life without him.
Just wanted to give the man a shout out... :)
